 Testimonial CBC, economic crisis

 Testimonial CBC, Nature of Things

Camino Media for CBC"We were all very pleased with Roland's great work, I'm very glad we had the chance to work with him on this shoot.  I wish you the best for the future, and will definetely contact you again if I happen to work again in Spain!" Karine Guillemette, Producer: Transcultural Documentary Unit, CBC, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Camino Media’s dedicated research and pre-production paved the way for a CBC documentary unit to descend upon several epicentres of the so-called “Spanish Miracle” – Marbella, the Mediterranean playground of the wealthy; Madrid, the Spanish capital; Seseña, site of a massive residential construction project caught in the middle of the economic recession - to interview politicians, anti-corruption prosecutors, economists, journalists, and even homeowners facing off demolition cranes to record real-life tales of government corruption, mega-rich developers and home-owners left high and dry.

Camino Media managed logistics and coordination for the Spanish leg of the CBC’s Nature of Things ocean documentary shoot, including a helicopter flyover of the Tarragona coast.

“Please let me say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with Roland on this project.  He's been knowledgeable, thorough, professional and, above all, extremely PATIENT with us through this whole process!  I cannot thank him enough and feel very fortunate to have found Camino Media.
Mike Sweeney (DP) was also most impressed with the dolly/jib team who worked with them in (the architectural ruins of) Bolonia.  I hear their technique and expertise were extremely valuable, especially under the challenging (windy!) weather conditions.
On behalf of my crew, we wish to thank you both once again for your terrific service and professionalism.  It is invaluable for us to have good production contacts overseas and we will definitely not hesitate to contact you for any future production assistance we may require when in the region.”
Analisa Amoroso, Resource Coordinator, Documentary Production Unit, CBC Television.
