Paramount US Publicity called on Camino Media to capture the story of the premiere and an interview with Tom Cruise for media worldwide amidst throngs lining Madrid's Gran Via - all caught up in the leading man's love-life.  Cruise alternated between autographs, photos with fans, and swooning kisses with his newly announced fiancée, Katie Holmes.
