The brief of the Visa Crossroads campaign called for Internet dancing sensation, Matt Harding, to perform his particular jig with flamenco dancers, guitar, and casted onlookers in a quintessential street of downtown Seville. Camino Media scouted the city's neighborhoods for the ideal setting sought by Director & DP Allan Myles. Preparations for Holy Week processions already filling Seville's avenues put pressure on to arrange permits against the clock. When we locked in on one of the city center's busiest streets, we knew that casting, catering, lighting, and more would be a breeze compared to intermittent traffic control only allowing vehicle circulation between shots. The result was well worth it - earning Seville the distinction of being the only location to appear twice in the TVC - but horn-honking Seville drivers made us all happy there was no sound to record on location!
